About the ASOS Foundation

Asos Foundation - Fashion with Integrity

The ASOS Foundation provides infrastructure, training and support to enable disadvantaged, young adults reach their potential, through focussed projects in the UK, India and Kenya.  The Foundation has long-term charity partners including the Prince’s Trust, Centrepoint and Arrival Education in the UK, SOKO Community Trust and Wildlife Works Trust in rural Kenya and Udayan Care in New Delhi, India. Wherever we help, we hope to create sustainable and long-lasting change.

The ASOS Foundation was previously a charitable trust under the Charities Aid Foundation. In 2013, the Foundation changed its legal status by becoming a company limited by guarantee and registered with the Charity Commission (Charity number 1153946). The Foundation is funded by ASOS and supported by our employees and customers.


Our long-term charity partners  include The Prince’s Trust, Centrepoint, Arrival EducationUdayan Care, Wildlife Works and SOKO Community Trust. We are not seeking new partners at the present time.

The ASOS Foundation is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales (registration number 8658508).

The ASOS Foundation is also an independent charitable trust and registered at the Charity Commission (registration number 1153946).  For more information, please visit the Charity Commission’s website.

Before the ASOS Foundation achieved full charitable status in 2013, donations were made through the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Charitable Trust (number 268369) in the name of ASOS Foundation.

Prior to establishment of the CAF Trust in 2011 donations were made via a CAF charitable bank account in the name of ASOS Foundation.
